The Model 106 ozone analyzer is designed to measure the concentration of ozone in the atmosphere, ranging from 1.5 ppbv to 100 ppmv. The Model 106 ozone analyzer uses standard UV absorption technology at 254 nm. The instrument has high precision, compact size, and low power consumption.
